谭笑博士，讲师，1988年11月生，辽宁朝阳人。2018年12月毕业于吉林大学地球科学学院，获“古生物学与地层学”博士学位，并于博士期间由国家留学基金委公派赴美国印第安纳大学联合培养（古植物方向）。2019年至今于沈阳师范大学古生物学院任讲师。2020年入选“辽宁省百千万人才工程（万人层次）”，2020年获沈阳市高层次人才认定，2021年获聘沈阳师范大学硕士研究生导师。主要从事古植物学及孢粉学的教学、科研及科普工作，先后在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文11篇（第一作者或通讯作者论文3篇），国际会议论文摘要8篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、辽宁省科技厅、教育厅博士启动基金项目等科研项目4项，参与国家自然科学基金项目3项。
